Frequently asked questions

Are there any hidden fees beyond the subscription?
No. Your subscription fee is the only recurring charge. There are no per-invoice fees, no setup fees, and no hidden transaction charges. The platform earns when you subscribe — your recovered invoice amounts are entirely yours.

How does the 14-day free trial work?
Your account is fully active for 14 days with no card required. You get 10 active invoices, WhatsApp dunning (3 reminders/buyer), mobile approval, and basic analytics. On day 15 your chosen paid plan begins. If you don't choose a plan, your account is suspended until you upgrade.

What happens if my Razorpay payment fails?
Razorpay retries automatically. You'll be notified via WhatsApp and email on each failure. After all retries are exhausted, your account is placed on HALTED status with a 3-day grace period to update your payment method. After the grace period, platform access, dunning sequences, and API/SDK access are suspended.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes. Email chaudharysamar@gmail.com to cancel. Your cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid month.

What ERP systems does the API/SDK sync support?
API and SDK access is included on all plans. ERP sync (Tally, Zoho Books, SAP) is available on Pro and Enterprise plans. Custom integrations are available on Enterprise with a dedicated implementation engagement.

Is my invoice data safe and compliant?
Yes. All invoices are hashed with SHA-256 at upload for integrity verification. PAN and bank data is AES-256 encrypted and never stored in plaintext. FLOW is DPDP Act 2023, GST Act, and RBI compliant. Data is retained for 7 years as required by law.

Can I white-label FLOW for my clients?
